A floor-care request begins with productive area, surface, finish, soil, debris, access, turns, transport, water, power, storage, and cleaning window. Those facts determine which machine characteristics deserve attention. A model name without route context is not a complete requirement.
02Specifications with conditions
Working width, tank volume, machine dimensions, power configuration, brush or pad system, and recovery arrangement are useful comparison fields. They do not independently predict completed route time. Operational estimates must disclose overlap, obstacles, refill travel, dumping, setup, and operator pace.
03Trials that can be repeated
A representative trial fixes the boundary and records floor condition, soil, method, consumables, travel pace, operator, and timing categories. The team inspects visible removal, residual water, edge pickup, turning, finish condition, and post-use care. Repeating the same method is more informative than changing several variables at once.
04Handoffs with named ownership
Commissioning is not complete when controls have been demonstrated. Daily inspection, tanks, squeegee, brushes or pads, filters, batteries or cords, storage, charging, wear items, documentation, and escalation steps need assigned roles. Operators and maintenance staff should know what evidence accompanies a service request.
05Limits stated plainly
Higher brush pressure can increase cleaning action and also increase wear or energy demand. Larger tanks can reduce stops and also increase machine envelope. Faster travel can raise theoretical output and reduce dwell or recovery quality. Trade-offs belong in the selection record rather than in fine print.
06Content separated from proof
This website explains methods and questions. Model manuals, official data sheets, serial-specific documentation, safety requirements, service records, and observations from the actual facility carry different evidentiary weight. Where configuration assets do not provide a factual claim, the site does not invent one.
